Mid-Autumn festival: Making Mooncakes (12 – 14 years)

The Mid-Autumn festival marks the end of the autumn harvest in Chinese and Vietnamese culture. It corresponds with the full moon in late September/early October. To celebrate, teens will make moon cakes - a traditional Chinese delicacy - and learn about the harvest and lunar cycles. This event has been organised in association with Asia Market.
