The Chinese collection of the Chester Beatty Library includes eight dragon robes. These silk robes are elaborately decorated with designs of dragons and other auspicious symbols. This selection of notecards features details from two dragon robes.

Yellow embroidered silk, c. 1800, China, CBL C 1051

Brown silk embroidered in gold, latter half of 18th century, China, CBL C 1057.
